SBRNS is owned and operated by Elisa D Silva RN CCM and is based out of Redondo Beach, California. As a sole proprietor, Elisa prides herself on personally handling each case, giving it the attention it deserves. With 30 years of critical care/ ground transport/ emergency nursing and over 13 years of case management experience, Elisa brings her strong clinical background, excellent assessment skills and rapid critical thinking to medical case management and her nurse consulting assignments.

Elisa is a board certified medical case manager (CCM) with the Commission for Case Manager Certification, the GOLD STANDARD certification for case managers. She enjoys medical case management and specializes in RUSH REFERRALS and CATASTROPHIC cases. She is available to do HOSPITAL VISITS during off hours, one time TASKs, TELEPHONIC case management and vacation coverage.

She enjoys providing patients with high tech intravenous infusions in the home and providing critical care ground transport RN services to critically ill patients that need a higher level of care. She is also available to provide skilled nursing services in the home under the patient's physician's order.

Elisa's objective with South Bay RN Services is to become your California Nurse Case Manager, to provide comprehensive case management services with the goal of returning the injured worker to full duty status whenever possible, while helping to keep your costs contained. Her objective as your Independent RN Consultant is to provide your patients with professional, high quality nursing services that follow the physician's orders/treatment plan/plan of care and to meet their needs in a comfortable and calm environment.
